With our Tenant Assisted Inspections feature, you can show landlords and tenants that you are still being proactive in your role as a property manager. You will be able to meet their needs and keep yourself, them and everyone around you safe from unnecessary exposure.
There are two simple things you need to do before our support team can activate Tenant Assisted Inspections on your account:
1. Make sure the ‘Enable email’ setting is switched to “ON” for your office (this can be checked by anyone with Office Manager access)
2. Add our email addresses to the SPF records for your office email domain
