Paperless Condition Reports with Inspection Manager

Handing over in-going inspections and keys can be painful, with the new Paperless Inspections, we’ve made it easier than ever before, we have given you the ability to send the report to the tenant from your device while you’re on the go whether they’re picking their keys up from your office, or retrieving them from a key safe, our digital key sheet has you covered.

Tenants now have the ability to take photos and leave comments with ease using their mobile device without the need to download an app, we will automatically remind your tenant if they haven’t completed their in-going before the due date, so you won’t have to remember to follow up with them and once they have finished we’ll notify you and the report will be automatically closed and filed in Inspection Manager.
