In the past inspections were extremely time consuming and labour intensive, our property managers were falling behind to the point where it was cutting into their personal time at home as they would often have to catch up outside of office hours. Previously we would be leaving the reports in the bottom of our tray often days after the inspection was done, and a lot of that workload would build up at our end of month before we would make the time to type up the reports, attach the photos and email everything off.

Inspection Manager was much easier to implement than I thought it would be. We were set up quickly, and the instructions we received were very clear, we found the system very easy to operate and the first time we spoke with the support team they were very helpful and very easy to understand. Within a week, we were very confident with Inspection Manager and there was no going back! We created our Inspection Manager Mantra : The three S’s: Save, Sync and Send!!
